These rustic pieces came about with the addition of a little lavender leaf pattern on a custom made iolite charm that I made for a wedding. Iolite was chosen to symbolise the lavender wedding. And that tiny iolite charm was hidden in a locket with leaf patterns on it. I liked the idea of repeating the leaf wrapping the gemstone and that’s how I started making more pieces in that style. I like experimenting a lot, to upgrade my skills with new techniques… And that’s how rustic nature pieces came to life. Hope you like taking a look at this capsule collection. This ring is inspired by the Romans, and I used amethyst as it is the favourite stone of the Romans, wrapped in a laurel leaf which is the symbol of the time. It is a joy to wear such a piece knowing that the back is holding a beautiful surprise like this dainty laurel leaf. Handcrafted with traditional jewelry making techniques in 925 Ag sterling silver and set with a 10 mm x 8 mm beautiful iolite gemstone. The chain is 45 cm and adjustable per request.
