Door of Love
“One door closes, another door opens” and this is the first piece of “Doors Collection” – “Door of Love”… I started this collection after I moved my studio to the Istanbul Design Museum, just below Süleymaniye Mosque. My arrival to the new studio opened a brand-new door in my life and I was so much touched and inspired by the magnificent architecture and doors of Süleymaniye Mosque, one of the jewels of the imperial Istanbul. “The door of love” is for those who say the doors will open if they want, for those who want to love and be loved as they deserve.
